- Do NOT consume any caffeine based products before your session. I suggest at least 3-4 hours before.
- Cortisol (natural based steroid hormone) AKA the ‘stress hormone’ can sometimes negatively effect sleep. This hormone can be ‘blunted’ by staying well hydrated
- Take a slightly longer hot bath/shower than usual before you head to bed
- Try drinking chamomile tea before bed
