Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

After working out with your Abu Dhabi Personal Trainer we recommend you consume protein! A fast and easy way is to have a protein shake after your workout. But if you want something a little more exciting why not try the below peanut butter protein smoothie after your next workout!

1 cup nut or cocunt milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
5-10 ice cubes


  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender, making sure you start with the milk!
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add some more ice.
  • If you like you smoothies a little bit sweeter add 1 tablespoon of honey!
