    Biography:

    Shane is a highly qualified and experienced at home personal trainer with Vogue Fitness in Abu Dhabi for private 1-2-1 training and also group training sessions. He holds both an Undergrad and Masters degree in Sport Science and Health, as well as being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

    He also holds a National Certificate in Strength and Conditioning from Ireland, is a qualified UAE Personal Trainer and a L1 CrossFit Trainer, applying his knowledge and experience practically to provide results with everyone he has worked with both in Ireland and Abu Dhabi. He is equipped to help you reach your desired goals at any level, having worked with beginners to exercise, and with high-level athletes in both team and individual sports.

    Shane has worked as a Home PT in Abu Dhabi since March 2015. Previous experience is working as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach in Advanced Sports Performance Ireland from 2010. Shane has worked with the general population from beginners to exercise to Elite team and individual athletes.

    Shane is equipped to utilize a wide range of training skills and methods to best suit your needs, from resistance training (bodyweight, and free weights, dumbbells, barbells, med balls, TRX, kettlebells, ropes, resistance bands, the list goes on! Whatever is necessary to help you reach your fitness goals) He strongly believes in technique and form, and focusing on this to greatly benefit your training and progression.
