Membership Policy

By becoming a registered Personal Trainer, the Personal Trainer agrees to abide by, and be bound to, the terms and conditions of this Membership Policy at all times. This Policy can be revised and updated from time-to-time, and the most current version of the Membership Policy shall automatically form part of the Membership Agreement, irrespective of when the Membership Agreement was entered into.

Your Agreement

You have an agreement with Abu Dhabi Personal Trainers from when you register and we have accepted it. If these terms and conditions or your agreement differ from anything you are told in person, over email or over the phone, only the terms of this Membership Policy and the terms of your Membership Agreement will apply.

Cancellation Policy

The Abu Dhabi Personal Trainers Cancellation Policy is as follows: cancellation requires the registered personal trainer to email info@abudhabipersonaltrainers.ae up to 5 days before the renewal payment is due outlining their intention to cancel their registration. There are no other cancellations permissible. Once this email is received, the personal trainer will be removed from the website immediately. If you fail to cancel your membership and your membership is auto-renewed, a refund will not be provided. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership.

Refund Policy

www.abudhabipersonaltrainers.ae  has a strict no refund policy. Any transactions made will not be refunded. In the event that an accounting error has occurred through the absolute fault of Abu Dhabi Personal Trainers, a refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The transactions shall be charged as prescribed until the expiry of the Agreement.

Auto-Renew Membership

All personal trainer registrations on Abu Dhabi Personal Trainers are in the form of an auto-renewal membership. This means that every month a personal trainer’s membership will automatically renew and the bank account allocated in the registration process will be automatically debited for the amount agreed to on registration. These payments will continue to be debited each month for the amount agreed at registration until the personal trainer sends a cancellation email at least 5-days before their next due payment.

Payment for Membership

All personal trainer registrations are to be completed through the Abu Dhabi Personal Trainers website and payment is to be made in full through our payment gateway, Telr.com before the trainer will be placed on the website. Your membership is an auto-renew membership, meaning that every month your membership will automatically renew until you send a cancellation email at least 5-days before your next due payment.

If you query a payment, we will do our best to respond within 7 days. If you are not happy with our response, you may contact the relevant regulatory body that will handle your query in line with their own policy.

 Failed or Late Payment

If there is a failed payment, our team will contact you immediately to inform you of this. Your profile on Abu Dhabi Personal Trainers may be removed from the website until payment is reconciled. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made on time and that any necessary funds are available at the time of billing. If you do not rectify payment, your profile will be removed immediately from the website.

Using a Corporate Discount Concession

A preferred partnership discount is available to employees of a company in which we hold a corporate agreement. You will be required to provide proof that you qualify for the Corporate Discount Concession.

Understanding our rights

If we do not enforce our agreement rights at any time, it does not mean we have waived those rights, no matter how long we wait. If there is a miscalculation in your membership agreement, we can correct this at any time and you must inform us via email at info@abudhabipersonaltrainers.ae
